There are warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions that prevent us from shipping certain products. We do not ship to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or internationally.

Not always. Shop Direct Brands sources products from different locations to maximize efficiency. All items will be shipped as soon as possible; back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. Since our shipping charge is based on the total amount of your order you will not pay extra shipping when your products are not shipped together. ShopDirectBrands.com estimates shipment and delivery dates based on the availability of the items you ordered.
We ship to the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground. We do not ship to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or internationally.
Carriers will make three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable if the address is incorrect.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
